The Independent Health Complaints Advocacy

The Advocacy People can support people to make a complaint about an NHS service, or service paid for by the NHS, and get answers to their questions. The Advocacy People offer different levels of support. Their self-help Factsheets can guide people through making their own complaint. Or one of their Independent Health Complaints Advocates can work with them from the beginning or at any stage of their complaint. The service is free, independent, and confidential.
